The help of an animal behaviourist, or your family veterinary team, will be very helpful in identifying potential stressors and suggesting changes and additional support.

How it works?How it works?

Dogs are happy by nature. However, just like us, they can get stressed.

The good news is dogs are perfectly designed to deal with short-term stress. So, when your dog finds himself having to escape from the neighbour’s dog – he is perfectly adapted.

However, in the modern world, a dog’s stress response can find itself ‘turned on’ frequently, or for long periods. Recurrent or ongoing stress affects the balanced functioning of the mind and body, and can manifest in anxiety, tension and a range of stress-related behaviours and disease.

Happy Hound stressfree helps dogs to relax, mind and body, by supporting the action of GABA. GABA is an important chemical messenger (neurotransmitter) in the brain and is responsible for relaxing the nervous system. This calming quality means Happy Hound stressfree can play a useful role in helping to ease anxiety, promote relaxation, and relieve a variety of stress-related disorders commonly seen in dogs.

SafetySafety

Happy Hound stressfree contains Valerian and Passionflower, generally considered safe herbs for dogs. However, if your dog is pregnant, lactating, on medication or undergoing surgery, consult your veterinarian before using Happy Hound stressfree.

Valerian and Passionflower may interact with drugs with similar mechanisms of action, and caution is advised when using Happy Hound stressfree with these drugs (i.e. sedatives, anaesthetics).

” I would just like to let you know the results of the Happy Hound stressfree. Jane, a female Greyhound, completely paranoid and so nervous that she hid away all the time and we were unable to touch her. Cammy, a female GSD, full on nonsense, attacks at will. Ludwig, a Bloodhound, dominant male and fights in high energy situations. The 2 hounds are rescues, the GSD has been that way from tiny. I placed them on Happy Hound stressfree and we now have 3 Happy Hounds. Jane is running all over the place, playing, eating and having a ball. Cammy has not bitten for ages and Ludwig is running in my pack of 16 large dogs without a problem. Our handlers are all now requesting this miracle for their dogs, Being that it is all natural, Manderston Canine Academy is recommending this product to all our nervous dogs. Thanks again.”

“I will admit that I was a bit nervous at first to use it as natural products don’t always work so I decided to try it on my dog first, and I cannot believe the quick results I saw. I have used other products in the past and although I cannot guarantee that I actually experienced a positive result from them, they did seem to work slightly, but Happy Hound stressfree began to show results within roughly 4 days of using and I am only using half the recommended dose. Buckles is a cross breed dog that I adopted from the SPCA many years ago and has a multitude of behaviour problems (probably all my own doing) but the most concerning one is his separation anxiety problems. He has jumped out of windows in attempts to get to me before. Once on the Happy Hound he started to leave my side, sort of build up some self-assurance, he would go fetch a toy and lay on his OWN bed, not the other dogs bed, and occupy himself instead of clawing at my arms till he can sleep just about on my lap. He now goes outside at night on his own, barely stomps his feet for attention and actually sleeps on his own bed, not my entire bed. He is less “whiny” and I can now walk around the house and he doesn’t follow me everywhere. He is getting less aggressive towards the other dog I have (the very placid and calm Newfoundland) and I would go as far as to say he mounts the Newf less. He also has stopped nipping at the Newfie. He still has food aggression problems but with the aid of Happy Hound I can use the behaviour techniques with much less difficulty. Thanks a lot.”
